cookies and cookies and more cookies! :)

So my fiance had the great idea of creating a platter for his mom's office so they could try out my cookies, so that's what I did. I spent about 3 days in the kitchen cooking up all different type of cookies; I had chocolate chip, oatmeal, oatmeal & m&m's, snicker doodles, ginger spiced cookies, chocolate biscotti. They were a giant hit at the office my future mother in law told me right when she opened up the platter the room filled with the aroma of cookies and we're devoured in about 10 minutes. :)
