Bridal Shower Desserts

So this past weekend was our sister's bridal shower and we were in charge of all the desserts and boy did we make desserts. We had all different types; sugar cookies, cupcakes, cannolis, brownie bites, strawberry tarts, and cream puffs and our master piece of a sandcastle cake. It was a fun time, but the baking took a while. I started Thursday night and we didn't end until about 20 minutes before we left on Saturday. Below are only a few desserts we created.
These are our sugar cookies that we cut out into shapes of a wedding cake, flip flops, and bikini tops.
(Her wedding is on the beach so they fit into the theme)

We made about 120 mini cupcakes... They're a mix of yellow and chocolate cake, with Orange and Blue Vanilla icing and chocolate and dark chocolate icing. All have edible pearls on them.
These were so delicious... Our brownie bit and we piped chocolate ganache in the middle of them.

For our big presentation.... Our Sandcastle Cake!!
The inside of the cake is made with vanilla pound cake. The top and bottom layers are filled with vanilla pudding and strawberries. The middle layer is nutella and strawberries. The entire cake is iced in butter cream icing and have a mix of vanilla wafers, graham crackers, cinnamon, and sugar in the raw on it. Our columns our made from rice crispie treats and ice cream cones.
