We'll since i'm Irish and have to work tomorrow I thought it would be a good idea to bring cupcakes in. With that said I followed the same recipe I did for the chocolate raspberry cupcakes and colored the icing green. For fun I decided to add some colorful sprinkles, since I didn't get a chance to buy anything with the theme of St. Patrick's Day.
