The Bird is the Word

Three days ago our brother turned 16, so my sister and I decided to make a cake for him. We went with the theme from the hit game Angry Birds. We actually decided to make a playable cake (which wasn't our idea, we saw it on youtube), but we switched it up a little bit to make it our own. It took us a while to create, but in the end it was the best cake ever!

Once we finished creating the characters, we went on to constructing the level. I would have to say, that this was quite the tricky task given that we had to balance materials such as candy bars, brownies, fondant, and of course cake, to recreate the scenery. 

From there we placed the pigs we made out of fondant onto the cake.

It took us forever to actually knock down the structure, but eventually it did happen
